Submitting the form will begin the registration process. You may expect an email within 3 business days with a username and temporary password for each individual. Usernames will be assigned for each user, however we will do our best to accommodate with the preferred username.

Submission of this form begins the request and registration process for participation in Duquesne Light’s Third Party Load Control Program. Fill out the form completely and accurately. This submission does not guarantee you will be approved for the program. Duquesne Light reserves the right to decline requests for any reason.

You will receive our response to your request at the email address you provide. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be reviewed and processed. Questions regarding our Third Party Load Control Program or your request to participate in the program can be directed to Duquesne Light’s Third Party Service Center at 412-393-6282.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

Duquesne Light, its current and future parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, managers, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives shall have no liability whatsoever for damages, losses, liabilities, expenses and costs (including reasonable outside and allocated in-house attorneys’ fees), whether consequential, indirect, direct or otherwise, and whether arising in connection with personal injury, property damage, data loss or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Third Party Load Control Program (“Program”).

“Customer” shall mean any Duquesne Light customer who requests to participate in the Program and selects You as service provider. Duquesne Light reserves the right to decline Customer requests to participate in the Program for any reason. Customers may end participation in the Program at any time. Duquesne Light shall have no liability associated with Customer enrollment, participation, or de-enrollment in the Program.

Duquesne Light has no obligation relative to the installation, operability, or maintenance of Customer-installed equipment. Duquesne Light cannot guarantee communication between such equipment and Duquesne Light’s systems. Duquesne Light has the right to disconnect any such equipment, without notice, in its sole discretion if it believes in good faith that such device poses a current or potential risk to the performance, security, or integrity of its smart meter system, other technology systems, or its ability to provide safe and reliable electric service.

Duquesne Light may modify Program requirements or rules, or cancel the Program, upon 30 days’ notice.
